Well folks, the official Christian Louboutin Web site has been relaunched! Now, before I go any further, let me express that I love Christian Louboutin heels. A few of Christian Louboutin’s styles are on my “When I’m Rich” wish list. But, I’ve got to say that I’m not a fan of the new site.
ShoeBlog raves that the new site “was well worth the wait”, but I strongly disagree. I expected more from Louboutin. While I can appreciate his desire to stir things up and present his collection in an interesting way, I can’t look beyond the lack of useful information and style. The site is garish. I don’t like that the whole site is Flash, because I can’t link to certain pages. Everything just seems thrown together. When I think of Christian Louboutin style, I think of beautiful, sexy and timeless, and the site just doesn’t match. I can’t help but wonder, did he consult his customers before designing the site?
