It’s been cold and overcast/rainy here the past week, so I’ve been able to really put these two pairs of Sorel boots to the test. Of course today, it’s 70 degrees and sunny outside. But the cold, rainy season is now upon us, so now is the time to make sure you have a few good pairs of boots for inclement weather in your closet. It can be hard to find gear made for utility that are also stylish, but I believe Sorel does a good job with these two boots. They are both extremely comfortable and they kept my feet warm all day long.

Sorel – Torino (Macadam/Moray) – Footwear, $94.95
The Torino is perfect for that fun fearless female who wants the look, comfort and versatility of a sneaker with the protection of a Sorel boot. Waterproof shell and material upper, and faux fur collar lining provides style and protection. Removable EVA footbed for long-wear comfort.

Sorel – Sorellington (Winter White) – Footwear, $109.95
The Sorellington is great for cold, rainy and slushy days when you’re just running around town. The traction enhancing multi-directional lug outsole keeps you from slipping on wet grass or icy roads, and the bonded felt frost plug underfoot increases the thermal barrier between you and the cold ground.
