Weekend Project: DIY Neon Heels

I saw these DIY Painted Heels on Refinery29 and I’m feeling inspired!  Neon flashes are so fun in the summertime.  All you need is a pair of neutral heels, neon fabric paint and a sponge.  Who’s going to try this easy do-it-yourself project with me?  I’ll post a photo once I’m done, and I’d love if you would send in photos of your own completed shoes.  Have a great weekend!
